Weddings Vallarta uses a wonderful local baker for all of our luscious wedding cake creations!  This talented pastry chef uses fresh ingredients and delicious ripe local fruits for his decadent desserts and cakes.  Best of all, he has perfected the science of making a butter cream frosting or fondant capping that holds up flawlessly in the warm and humid climate of tropical Puerto Vallarta!  No wilting, melting or sliding tiers... only Wedding Cake perfection, time and time again!!
