Ceremony and Reception Packages

SPIRITUAL CEREMONY CONCEPT PACKAGE

Includes:

• Officiate for Spiritual Wedding Ceremony
• Guest Seating (Chivari or Avante Garde Chairs)
• Pre–Ceremony Signature Refreshments (non-alcoholic)
• Sound System, Amplification and Microphones
• Spiritual Marriage Certificate
• Pre-recorded Music for pre-ceremony guest arrival
• Oshi Bori (cool scented towelettes for after ceremony)
• Ceremonial Staging as specified by Event Design.  For example one or more of the following (depending on design):

• Bamboo Floral Arch
• 4 posted Gazebo/Chuppah
• Floral Chair Arrangements
• Rose Petals
• Jute Aisleway
• Flower Balls on wrought iron hooks
• Chair Covers
.....or other items

This Package is not applicable to Civil Marriages or Church Weddings.
Officiates not on our vendor list or from out of town may incurr additional charges.

TABLE PACKAGES

STANDARD TABLE PACKAGE

Based on 8-10 guests per Table

Includes:

• Tables (Round)
• Chairs (Avant Garde or Chivari)
• All China (Round)
• Glassware for table setting
• All Silverware
• Tablecloths (standard white)
• Overlays (standard white)
• Dinner Napkins (standard white)
• Bread Basket
• Salt and Pepper
• Ashtray
• Table ID (number or name)
• Escort Cards
• Place Cards
• Individual Menus
• Guestbook Table (guestbook to be provided by client)
• Escort Card Table or Custom Display
• Custom Design Elements as specified by the Event Design which may include one or more of the following:

• custom tablecloths
• custom overlays
• candles
• chair décor/covers
• table upgrade
• custom napkin rings
• monogramed linen cocktail napkins
• custom dinner napkins
• and/or other customized elements

• Wait staff (up to 12 hour shifts) - additional hours depend on location, distance and venue specific challenges and will be priced out on an hourly basis or included in price as a customization detail.  Depending on the size of an event and the event specifications, all staff is on site a minimum of 5 hours before the event start time for set up and through to a minimum of 2 hours after event end time for tear down.

DELUXE TABLE PACKAGE

Based on 8 guests per Table seated comfortably

Includes everything in the Standard Package but with the following:

• Tables (Rectangular)
• China (Square)

PREMIUM TABLE PACKAGE

Based on 10-12 guests per Table

Includes everything in the Standard Package but with the following:

• Tables (Square - standard linened Banquet Square or Chocolate Wood Square)
• China (Square or Rectangular)


Please NOTE:
Sweetheart Tables are considered a custom item and are not included in any Package pricing as they are for 2 people only and not the standard 8-10 people.  They can be priced out seperately by request.

ILLUMINATION PACKAGE

Includes combinations of some or all of the following:

• Candle Lighting -  which may include:

• Hurricane Lamps
• Votive Candles
• Floating Candles
• Pillar Candles
• Tea Lights
• and/or other design specific and custom candles

• Lamps
• Lanterns
• Lights strings (small Christmas lights)
• and/or other illuminations as specified by Event Design


Quantities of each luminary are location and event specific.  The Design Team will determine the needs and possibilities at each site and create an event and location specific illumination design.

DECOR AND DESIGN ELEMENTS PACKAGE

May Include COMBINATIONS OF SOME of the following elements:

• Lounge Furniture - Seating Areas
• Cocktail Tables (short and/or tall) Areas
• Decorative/Custom Pillows
• Custom Runners/Overlays
• Decorative Accessories, Elements, Furnishings
• Dance Floor

The elements that make up the Décor Package are event and location specific and are custom created and combined as specified by the Event Design to enhance the overall style of the Event based on needs/wants and budget.


Please Note:
Delivery/Set up Team Charges for all of the above wedding/event items, which include:  Moving-Set Up Team and delivery and set up of • all Items in all Wedding/Event Packages and Ceremony Concept Package • Flowers • Cake • Audio/Visual Equipment • DJ Equipment • Food & Beverage, etc., will be added to Final Invoice total.  Prices are dependant on area and location specifications, wedding design & guest numbers.
