Weddings Vallarta by Barbara is a full service, wedding planning, event management, design and production company.  We provide each client with a total planning and design package which enables us to create custom designed weddings based on their unique vision.   You can be 100% hands on or leave it all up to us…. and anything in between works too!!  Any way you choose, rest assured your wedding will be a dream come true, memorable and stress free. 

Weddings Vallarta also has our own incredible in house Catering services available!  Planning a destination wedding couldn't be easier with everything organized in one place and at your fingertips!  Our Destination Wedding Planning and Design Package includes all the planning and management services you need, from A to Z.  The only thing you'll need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your day!!

We provide a:

• Complimentary Initial Consultation/Assessment to establish your wants, needs, vision, and style to design your wedding concept.
  
  

The Full Service Destination Wedding Planning and Design Package Includes:

• Full Consulting Services with your Wedding Planner and the entire WVB team.
  
  

• Assistance selecting a location:
  
  •    Recommend the best locations for your wedding reception.
  •    Establish guest Room Blocks for you and your wedding guests at hotels if required.
  •    Recommend locations for other wedding events (ie. rehearsal dinner/meet & greet/post wedding brunch) based on style & budget.
  •    Set walk through appointments at potential ceremony and reception locations.
  •    Attend ceremony and reception walk through appointments making recommendations for set-up and use of available space.
  
  

• WVB Budget Management tools/spreadsheets to help you manage your budget
  
  

• Full Wedding Day Supervision and Coordination  by  Planning & Design Team:  Principal Wedding Planner, Assistant Planner, Floor Manager
  
  

• Menu Consultation and Assistance
  
  

• Complimentary Menu Tasting for Couple during site visit (if one is being done). 
  ***Applicable only if in house WVB caterers are being utilized.  Not valid for hotel or restaurant weddings.
  
  

• Assistance with “Show Flow” (wedding day time line)
  
  

• Management of all vendor relations, contracting and payments, including but not limited to:
  
  •    Baker
  •    DJ
  •    Audio/ Video
  •    Live Music
  •    Photographer
  •    Videographer
  •    Transportation
  •    Salon Service  (*payments made by client directly)
  •    Equipment Rental
  
  

• Management & Co-ordination of all Installations/Breakdowns – managing setup crews & vendors throughout the entire set-up/breakdown of the event:
  
  •    Floral Installations
  •    Set up and placement of Place Cards, Escort Cards, Menus, Programs, Giveaways, Favors
  •    Other as dictated by Event Design
  
  

• Rehearsal Dinner –  up to 1 hour of assistance with venue selection, reservation and menu coordination
  ***Rehearsal Dinner Planning Fee Package upgrade available
  

• 1 hour meeting with Rehearsal the week of the wedding
  
  

• Planning and unlimited communication as needed via email or phone
